Shipping Delays

Due to the current high volume of orders received, some purchases are taking a bit longer than expected to process and ship. We are working extremely hard to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Please note: Due to the high volume of orders received during our sale period, some shipments may take up to 3-5 business days to process and ship.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Average shipping times:
Within the US: less than 5 business days.
FedEx Express: 1-3 business days.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We ask that you please use an alternate address at checkout, such as an office address.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer 1-3 days FedEx Express.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

What happens if my package gets lost?
Please email us at support@kathrynmccarron.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery. 

US Orders
All US orders ship via FedEx. 

Do you charge sales tax?
As an e-commerce company based in the US, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to certain states. This list may vary over time. Any applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.
